Resend
This data processor does the following activities for us:
Email Infrastructure: We use Resend (a US-based provider) to manage and send our emails. We have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in place with them to ensure your data is handled securely and in compliance with UK GDPR standards.
How long we keep information
We only keep your data for as long as necessary:
- Waitlist emails: We retain your email until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.
- Correspondence: We retain email inquiries for 2 years to maintain context for future support or feedback, after which they are deleted.
